This Puppy is Guaranteed as follows:

This puppy is a pure bred Yorkshire Terrier registerable with American Kennel Club.

This puppy is Guaranteed for 1 year (from date on guarantee), against hereditary and congenital defects
that will interfere with the puppy's ability to live a normal life.
Should a Veterinarian find a problem, purchaser must show verification
from two seperate veterinarian offices. Seller reserves the right to have any diagnoses verified by a veterinarian of seller's/breeder's
choice.
Should above mentioned problem occur, seller agrees to replace
the puppy with a puppy of the same sex and breed as soon as one is available.

Guarantee applies to the original purchaser ONLY and is not transferable.
Conditions of Sale:

Purchaser
must within 72 business hours of receiving the puppy have puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian.

Full purchase price is to be paid before puppy is shipped or obtained by purchaser. In the form of cash
or postal money order.

Purchaser agrees to take good care of the puppy/dog providing adequate medical care including all appropriate
vaccinations, dewormings, and seasonally appropriate heart worm preventative.
*
Purchaser also agrees that puppy/dog will live in their home receiving adequate human interaction and be
included in activites essential to the keeping the puppy properly socialized.
*
Purchaser agrees not to mistreat or not allow anyone else to mistreat the puppy/dog in anyway.

If for some reason the puppy/dog cannot be kept by the original purchaser for any reason the puppy/dog
must be returned to breeder at purchaser's expense, unless other arrangements are agreed upon by breeder/seller. Registraion
Papers and Health Records must be signed over to breeder upon the return of the puppy/dog.

Guarantee is null and void if puppy/dog is not kept on Nu-vet Plus Canine vitamins. This nutritional supplement is only available
through breeder recommendation.
